On April the 17th henningsen contemporary will celebrate their first year on the art scene with a great anniversary show. 22 artists from home and abroad will exhibit in the gallery, and they have created a spectacular show in the streamline-designed room. It is the first spring exhibition with the gallery that follows up on the opening exhibition April last year. SPRINGTIME will be a returning event in the future that will show the gallery’s artists in a dialogue with invited guests.
With SPRINGTIME – 1 the gallery is proud to present three new names in our artist program. Toño Barreiro (ES), Tim Ayres (GB) and Ab Van Hanegem (NL). They will participate in the show creating a dialogue with the gallery artists, who also show works in this exhibition:
Troels Aagaard, Lea Porsager, Oscar Berglund, Jacob Noel, Bjørn Poulsen, Christoffer Munch Andersen, Thomas Nørdam Andersen, and Morten Skrøder Lund. (All from Denmark)
henningsen contemporary is looking forward to presenting 11 specially invited artists in the exhibition. They are Nicolai Howalt, Trine Søndergaard, Emil Salto, Jes Wind Andersen, Michael Mørk, Lars Christensen, Esben Klemann, Kristofer Hultenberg, Jacob Borges, Michael Boelt Fischer, and Ann Louise Andersen. All Danish artists who have drawn positive attention to themselves the last couple of years.
